Amendment of the National Health Service (Clinical Negligence Scheme) Regulations 201582

The National Health Service (Clinical Negligence Scheme) Regulations 201573 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2, in paragraph (1)—
a
omit the definition of “a CCG”;
b
at the appropriate place insert—
“integrated care board” means an integrated care board established under Chapter A3 of Part 2 of the 2006 Act;
