PART 2 Provisions relating to the establishment of integrated care boards and the abolition of clinical commissioning groups

Amendment of the National Health Service (Quality Accounts) Regulations 2010

46.—(1) The National Health Service (Quality Accounts) Regulations 2010(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 1, in paragraph (2)—

(a) omit the definition of “clinical commissioning group”;

(b) at the appropriate place insert—

““integrated care board” means an integrated care board established under Chapter A3 of Part 2 of the National Health Service Act 2006;”.
