The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41(1), (2)(a) and (5) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (the “1988 Act”)1.
Representative organisations have been consulted in accordance with section 195(2) of the 1988 Act.
