No part of Work Nos. 30, 34, 38 or 41 may commence until an operational drainage management plan in respect of that part (which accords with the outline operational drainage management plan) and includes provision for the maintenance of any measures identified, has been submitted to and approved by the relevant lead local flood authority, in consultation with the relevant planning authority and the Environment Agency.

The operational drainage management plan must be implemented as approved.
