The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2022

Coming into force
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 7(2) of Schedule 4 and paragraph 21(a)(ii) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 20181, makes the following Regulations.
In accordance with paragraph 12(1) of Schedule 7 to that Act a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
Citation, commencement and extent1

These Regulations may be cited as the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2022.

These Regulations come into force on 1st April 2022.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
Amendment of the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 20122

The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 20122 are amended as follows.

In regulation 28 (fees for entering data onto register)—
a
in paragraph (a), for “£1.64” substitute “£1.50”
; and
b
in paragraph (b), for “£1.89” substitute “£1.70”
.
