2. The aeroplane operator, with the exception of an aeroplane operator eligible to use the CERT, must choose from the following Fuel Use Monitoring Methods—
(a)Method A,
(b)Method B,
(c)Block-off/Block-on,
(d)Fuel Uplift, or
(e)Fuel Allocation with Block Hour.
