The Marriage (Authorised Persons) Regulations 1952101 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2 (interpretation), omit the definitions of “registration district” and “superintendent registrar”.

Omit regulations 6 to 8, 9(2) and 10 to 26 (custody of register books and forms, production and disposal of certificates and registration of marriages).
