2.—(1) Part 1 of Schedule 19 to the Equality Act 2010 (public authorities: general)(1) is amended as follows.
(2) Under the heading “Industry, business, finance etc”, after the “Financial Conduct Authority”, insert—
“The Financial Reporting Council Limited(2).”.
Schedule 19 has been amended by S.I. 2011/1060 and paragraph 131(a) of Schedule 18 to the Financial Services Act 2012 (c. 21) (“the 2012 Act”); there are other amendments to Schedule 19, but none are relevant to this Order.
