Amendment to regulation 229 (exemption for supply by national health service bodies and local authorities)

17.  In regulation 229(1), paragraph (3)(f)(i), after “or THR(UK),” insert “or, in the case of a listed NIMAR product, a UKMA(UK) or UKMA(GB),”.
