Amendment of regulation 139A19
In regulation 139A24 (transfer of status), after paragraph (1), insert—

Paragraph (1) applies to a person who is an eligible part-time student by virtue of regulation 137(2)(b) only where that person’s status as an eligible part-time student has not been transferred on or after 1st August 2021 from the designated part-time course referred to in regulation 137(2A)(a) to another designated part-time course.
