Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 365(1) and (4) and 402(3) of the Communications Act 2003 (“the CA 2003”)1, including as extended by—
the Communications (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Order 20032;
the Communications (Jersey) Order 20033;
the Communications (Isle of Man) Order 20034;
the Communications (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Order 20045;
the Broadcasting and Communications (Jersey) Order 20046;
the Communications (Isle of Man) Order 20207;
the Communications (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Order 20208;
the Communications (Jersey) Order 20209.
The Treasury has consented to the making of these Regulations in accordance with section 365(6) of the CA 2003.
