The Schedule to these Regulations (which modifies the standard conditions of gas interconnector licences granted under Part 1 of the Gas Act 1986 and the standard conditions of transmission, distribution, supply and interconnector licences granted under Part 1 of the Electricity Act 1989) has effect.
