Climate Change Agreements (Amendment of Agreements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 amended U.K.

44.—(1) The Climate Change Agreements (Amendment of Agreements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2(1)(d) after “the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations 2012” insert “ or the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Order 2020 ”.
