Amendment of the Road Vehicles (Display of Registration Marks) Regulations 20014
In regulation 16 (international distinguishing signs and other material)4, in paragraph (3), at the end insert “, provided the plate or other device was originally fixed to the vehicle, and complied with the Annex, before IP completion day”.
