The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Antarctic Act 19941, including those powers as extended to the Bailiwick of Guernsey by the Antarctic Act 1994 (Guernsey) Order 19952, the Bailiwick of Jersey by the Antarctic Act 1994 (Jersey) Order 19953 and the Isle of Man by the Antarctic Act 1994 (Isle of Man) Order 19954 makes the following Regulations:
