Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Immigration Act 19711, section 12(5) of the Immigration Act 19882, section 170(7) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 19993, section 163(4) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 20024, section 49(3) of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 20045, section 60(4) of the UK Borders Act 20076, and section 76(6) of the Immigration Act 20147, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows.
