In the table in Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Consular Fees Order 201249, in row 12 (fees for marriages, civil partnerships and conversions), column 2—
a
after “registering” insert “a civil partnership;”, and
b
at the end insert “; or converting a marriage into a civil partnership under Part 4 of the Marriage and Civil Partnership (Northern Ireland) (No. 2) Regulations 2020”.
