Amendment of regulation 281 U.K.

19.  In regulation 281 M1 (duties of authorisation holders and registration holders), after paragraph (1) insert—

“(1A) Paragraphs (3) to (5) apply to the holder of a temporary authorisation in relation to a medicinal product.”.
