The Financial Services (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 U.K.

14.  In regulation 9(4) of the Financial Services (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 M1 , in new regulation 96, in new Article 38(2)—

(a) at the end of paragraph (a), omit “and”;

(b) in paragraph (b), for “purposes.” substitute “ purposes; and ”;

(c) after paragraph (b), insert—

“(c) amend or revoke any decision to which Article 5(1)(b)(ii) refers.”.
