2.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the following are revoked—
(a)the Police Appeals Tribunals Rules 2012 (“the 2012 Rules”)(1);
(b)the Police Appeals Tribunals (Amendment) Rules 2015(2), and
(c)regulation 1 (so far as it applies to the 2012 Rules) and Part 3 of the Police (Conduct, Complaints and Misconduct and Appeal Tribunal) (Amendment) Regulations 2017(3).
(2) The Rules and provisions mentioned in paragraph (1) and regulation 11(2) of the Police Barred List and Police Advisory List Regulations 2017(4) as in force immediately before these Rules come into force continue to have effect in relation to an appeal under section 85 of the 1996 Act against a decision made in accordance with—
(a)the Police (Performance) Regulations 2008(5);
(b)the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2008(6);
(c)the Police (Performance) Regulations 2012(7), or
(d)the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2012(8).
