5. The Education Act 2002(1) is amended as follows.
2002 c.32; section 79 was amended by the Childcare Act 2006 (c.21), Schedule 1, paragraph 6 and Schedule 3, Part 1, and S.I. 2010/1158. There are amendments to section 80 which are not relevant to these Regulations.
