Amendment of Regulations

2.  The Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002(1) are amended by substituting for the definition of “Technical Instructions” in regulation 3(1)—

““Technical Instructions” means the 2019-2020 English language edition of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air(2), approved and published by decision of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation; ”.
