Educational establishments specified for certain purposes of the Housing Act 2004E+W

2.  An educational establishment is specified for the purpose of paragraph 4 of Schedule 14 to the Housing Act 2004 (buildings occupied by students) where—

(a)it is listed in the Schedule to these Regulations; and

(b)it is a member of—

(i)the ANUK/Unipol Code of Standards for Larger Developments for Student Accommodation Managed and Controlled by Educational Establishments dated 1st May 2019(1); F1...

(ii)the Universities UK/Guild HE Code of Practice for the Management of Student Housing dated 1st May 2019(2). [F2and]

[F3(iii)the Accreditation Network UK/Unipol Code of Standards for larger Developments for Student Accommodation Not Managed and Controlled by Educational Establishments dated 28th February 2022]
