11.  In Article 1—

(a) in paragraph 1 omit “internal”;

(b) in paragraph 2—

(i) in point (a) omit “Community”;

(ii) for point (b) substitute—

“(b) a procedure for the establishment of a list of authorised primary smoke condensates and primary tar fractions and their conditions of use in or on foods.”.
