(b) in paragraph 1—

(i) for “Commission” substitute “ Secretary of State ”;

(ii) for the words from “may, in accordance” to “approve” substitute “ may make regulations approving ”;

[F2 (iii) for “the Union” substitute “ Great Britain ”;]

[F3 (c) in paragraph 2, for “the Union”, in each place it occurs, substitute “ Great Britain ”;]
