Insofar as they apply to medicinal products for human use, and subject to the transitional provisions in Schedule 33A to the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 M1, the following instruments are revoked—

Council Decision 75/320/EEC of 20 May 1975 setting up a Pharmaceutical Committee;
