SCHEDULE 2 U.K. AMENDMENTS TO RETAINED DIRECT EU LEGISLATION

101.  In Article 54— U.K.

(a) for “Agency” in each place it occurs substitute “ competent authority ”;

(b) in paragraph 3, for “fees payable under Article 80(1)” substitute “ appropriate fees ”;

(c) in paragraph 4, omit “to Member States and”;

(d) omit paragraph 6;

(e) omit paragraph 8.
