39.   Section 4A (registration in Part 1 of the Register: European qualifications) of the 1997 Act has effect as if— U.K.

(a) in subsection (1)(e) “other” were omitted;

(b) in subsection (2)(b) “other” were omitted; and

(c) in subsection (2)(c) for “another” there were substituted “a”.]
