Amendment to regulation 17

13.  In regulation 17—

(a) in paragraph (2) for “CE” substitute “UK”;

(b) in paragraph (2)(a) and (b) for “European Union” substitute “United Kingdom”; and

(c) in paragraph (3) for “CE” substitute “UK” in each place it occurs.
