Amendment to regulation 17 E+W+S

13.  In regulation 17—

(a) in paragraph (2) for “CE” substitute “ UK ”;

(b) in paragraph (2)(a) and (b) [F1 omit “established within the European Union”]; and

(c) in paragraph (3) for “CE” substitute “ UK ” in each place it occurs.
