Amendment to regulation 67 E+W+S

38.  In regulation 67 (disqualification)—

(a) in paragraph (1)—

(i) in sub-paragraph (a) for “CE” substitute “ UK ”;

(ii) in sub-paragraph (c) for “notified” substitute “ approved ”; and

(b) in paragraph 2(b) omit “EU-”.
