64.—(1) Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/391 of 9 March 2015 refusing to authorise certain health claims made on foods and referring to children’s development and health is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 1—
(a)in paragraph 1, for the words from “shall not” to the end of that paragraph, substitute “may not be made on foods on the United Kingdom market”;
(b)omit paragraph 2.
(3) Omit Article 2.
