16.—(1) The Food for Specific Groups (Information and Compositional Requirements) (England) Regulations 2016(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation), omit paragraph (5).
(3) In regulation 7 (review), omit paragraph (2).
(4) In Schedule 1 (Specified EU requirements)(2) in the entry in column 1, for “Article 15(1) (Union list)” substitute “Article 15(1) (UK list)”.
