SCHEDULE 1 Amendment of the Air Navigation Order 2016

70.  In article 257 (CAA’s power to prevent aircraft flying), in paragraph (2)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), omit “102,”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (b)—

(i) for “of an EASA” substitute “or of a Safety”;

(ii) omit “or of EU-OPS”;

(c) in sub-paragraph (c)—

(i) for “of an EASA” substitute “or of a Safety”;

(ii) omit “or of EU-OPS”.
