CHAPTER 2 U.K.Amendment of Commission Regulation on continuing airworthiness

Amendment of the introductory part of Annex 2 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 U.K.

264.—(1) The introductory part of Annex 2 is amended as follows.

(2) In the list of contents—

(a) in the heading for Section B, for “Competent authorities” substitute “CAA”;

(b) at the entry for point 145.B.10, for “Competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(c) omit the entry for point 145.B.15;

(d) at the entry for Appendix 1, for “EASA Form 1” substitute “CAA Form 1”.

(3) Omit the entry for point 145.1.
