36. In the Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) Regulations 2004(1), in regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “pharmacist”—
(a)in paragraph (a), omit “or 4”;
(b)in paragraph (b), omit the words from “, or the” to “European State,”.
