25. In article 40 (appeals to the Appeals Committee)(1)—
(a)omit paragraph (1A);
(b)in paragraph (2), omit sub-paragraph (b) (together with the “or” before it);
(c)in paragraph (7)—
(i)in sub-paragraph (b), omit the words from “or, in” to the end;
(ii)omit sub-paragraph (ca) (but not the final “or”).
