1. This Order may be cited as the Companies Act 2006 (Extension of Takeover Panel Provisions) (Isle of Man) Order 2019, and comes into operation on exit day (within the meaning of section 20 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018(1)).
2. Chapter 1 of Part 28 of the Companies Act 2006(2) (takeovers etc: the Takeover Panel) shall extend to the Isle of Man with the modifications set out in the Schedule to this Order.
3. The Companies Act 2006 (Extension of Takeover Panel Provisions) (Isle of Man) Order 2008(3) and the Companies Act 2006 (Extension of Takeover Panel Provisions) (Isle of Man) Order 2009(4) are revoked.
