In Articles 2 to 20, for “Union” in each place it occurs substitute “United Kingdom”.

In Articles 4 to 20, for “ESMA” in each place it occurs substitute “the FCA”.

The amendments made by paragraph (1) do not apply to occurrences of “Union” or “ESMA” amended by another provision within these Regulations.
