Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Health and Social Care makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 176(1) and (2)(c) and 272(7) of the National Health Service Act 20061.
Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Dental Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into force on 1st April 2019.

The National Health Service (Dental Charges) Regulations 20052 are amended as follows.

In regulation 4 (calculations of charges)—

in paragraph (1), for “£21.60” substitute “£22.70”;
