(a) after “Falkland Islands” insert “Faroe Islands”;

(b) after “Gibraltar” insert “Iceland”;

(c) after “Kosovo” insert “Liechtenstein”;

(d) after “New Zealand” insert “Norway”; and

(e) after “St Helena” insert “Switzerland”.
