5.—(1) Section 4 is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (2)—

(a) for “Chapter 2 of this Part” substitute “ This Part ”;

(b) for “GDPR” (in each place) substitute “ UK GDPR ”.

(3) Omit subsection (3).
