The Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) Order 2019

Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(3) of the Terrorism Act 20001.
The Secretary of State believes that the organisations to be added to Schedule 2 to that Act2 by article 2 of this Order are concerned in terrorism.
In accordance with section 123(4)(a) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
