Section 243 (authorisation orders) is amended as follows.

In subsection (5) M1—
a
omit “or another EEA State”;
b
for “country in which it is incorporated” substitute “
United Kingdom
”
.

For subsection (5A) substitute—

The manager and the trustee must each have a place of business in the United Kingdom.
