22.—(1) Section 77 (imposition of privileged supplier conditions) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (4), for “[euro]50 million” substitute “ £45 million ”.

(3) In subsection (7)(b), for “Euros” substitute “ sterling ”.
