Amendment of the Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005

18.—(1) The Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In Article 5(2)(j), omit “, an EEA central counterparty” and “, EEA CSD”.
