19.  In regulation 1(4)(g) (interpretation) of the Equivalence Determinations for Financial Services and Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019(1) after “trade repositories” insert “as amended by Regulation (EU) 2019/834 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2019”.
