Except for paragraphs 20 (apparatus in streets subject to temporary prohibition or restriction), 25 (retained apparatus: protection of National Grid as Electricity Undertaker), 26 (expenses) and 27 (indemnity) of this Part of this Schedule which will apply in respect of the exercise of all or any powers under the Order affecting the rights and apparatus of National Grid, this Part of this Schedule does not apply to apparatus in respect of which the relations between the undertaker and National Grid are regulated by the provisions of Part 3 of the 1991 Act.
