2. In these Regulations—
“Additional Tier 1 instruments” has the meaning given by section 3(1) of the Banking Act 2009(1);
“CDR” means the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35 of 10 October 2014 supplementing Directive 2009/138/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the taking-up and pursuit of the business of Insurance and Reinsurance (Solvency II)(2);
“eligible liabilities” has the meaning given by section 3(1) of the Banking Act 2009;
“own funds” has the meaning given by section 3(1) of the Banking Act 2009;
“Tier 2 instruments” has the meaning given by section 3(1) of the Banking Act 2009;
“Transitional Instrument” means the PRA Rulebook: Solvency II Firms: Transitional Measures Instrument 2015(3).
