Chapter 1 of Annex 1 to the EEA Agreement (Veterinary and Phytosanitary Matters) is amended as follows.

In Part 2.1, in point (8), omit the words from “The provisions of the Regulation” to the end.

In Part 2.2, in points (35), (36) and (37), in each place it occurs, omit “This act shall not apply to Iceland”.
